I absolutely love this sauce! It’s a twist on traditional green pesto and, in my opinion, even more delicious. Quick and easy to make, it pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes.

Ingredients
  • 30g Pine nuts
  • 30g Parmigiano
  • 4 Roasted red peppers (from a jar)
  • 4 Sundried tomatoes (from a jar)
  • 2 Tbsp oil (from the sundried tomato jar)
  • 2 Garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 10g Fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Method
  1. Add all ingredients to the food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
