  • 2–4 tbsp Cornflour
  • A big pinch of Salt & Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4–5 Large garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Method

  1. Boil the Potatoes: Cut the potatoes into small pieces, boil them until soft, then drain.
  2. Make the Dough: In a bowl, mash the potatoes with the seasoning, cornflour, and parmesan until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Shape the Pops: Roll the dough into small balls.
