I absolutely love this sauce! It’s a twist on traditional green pesto and, in my opinion, even more delicious. Quick and easy to make, it pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes.

Ingredients
- 30g Pine nuts
- 30g Parmigiano
- 4 Roasted red peppers (from a jar)
- 4 Sundried tomatoes (from a jar)
- 2 Tbsp oil (from the sundried tomato jar)
- 2 Garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 10g Fresh basil, roughly chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Add all ingredients to the food processor.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
