Ingredients
- 3 Large potatoes (or equivalent amount)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2–4 tbsp Cornflour
- A big pinch of Salt & Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4–5 Large garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh chives or parsley for garnish
Method
- Boil the Potatoes: Cut the potatoes into small pieces, boil them until soft, then drain.
- Make the Dough: In a bowl, mash the potatoes with the seasoning, cornflour, and parmesan until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Shape the Pops: Roll the dough into small balls.
- Air Fry: Place the potato balls in the air fryer and cook until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: While the potato pops are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan and add minced garlic.
- Coat & Serve: Toss the crispy potato pops in the garlic butter, sprinkle with fresh parsley or chives, and serve hot!
